"I called James Thur evening to ask about installing a garage door motor and a replacement front screen door. We chatted a bit, he even gave me a ballpark estimate and by the end of the call I had an appointment for an initial walkthrough on Friday evening! James arrived promptly and again we talked about what it was I needed done. We went out to the garage so he could see what we were dealing with, the screen being basic. As I already had the products to be installed James gave a verbal estimate saying he would email one to me when he returned home for the day. Then he made an appointment for the very next day, a Saturday to start the work! James was pleasant and enjoyable and very thorough answering all my questions with interest and respect and I looked forward to getting this long-awaited project started!
